BETA Imagination Lab for Work/Career

If your career feels stuck, unclear, or ready for a reset, this lab is for you. You’ll use imagination as a tool for insight—exploring what you want, what’s changing, and what’s possible—then translate those ideas into concrete next moves. It is an immersive online lab to support career transitions that will be necessitated over the next few years. Join a small cohort of participants through a journey of exploration and imagination to decide your next in the Age of AI. This is isn't about choosing the next job, or a simple career pivot. It's about complete reinvention and re-imagination of the work you do, for the world that will exist (not current reality). We blend neuroscience and behavior science, psychology with focus on narrative psychology and techniques, foresight and futures thinking tools, as well as various strategic tools in this Lab.
